The Fire Island Boatel, is a serene oasis on the tranquil shores of the Great South Bay, in the delightful town of Kismet, Fire Island. Amidst its naturally manicured grounds, the Fire Island Boatel has 10 waterfront suites, a one- bedroom cottage and an adjacent expansive 8 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom house. 
At the Boatel you will be immersed in the essence of coastal living on this barrier island off the coast of Long Island, just 60 miles from Manhattan. On property guest can relax on our private bay front beach,  lounge and play around the landscaped yard. Venturing off property guests can stroll down to the pristine beach, play a set of tennis, catch live music and drinks at the local restaurants/bars, explore the unique neighboring villages and climb to the top of the historic Fire Island Lighthouse. There are plenty of fun and exciting things to do and there's always absolutely nothing at all, as well because --you're on Island Time!

Having never been to Fire Island, we were so amazed how beautiful it really is there. We stayed at the Fire Island Boatel Kismet and we could not have picked a better place to get the true feel of what Kismet and the rest of Fire Island is really like. It is also conveniently located near great restaurants, entertainment, a great wine store and a market that has just about everything you would need.

My family's stay at the Fire Island Boatel was truly exceptional. The location could not be any more convenient, it is literally a 30 second walk from the ferry dock. There was a gas grill, outdoor games, lounge chairs and picnic tables also scattered about the large private grounds. The best of all was how centrally located it is to everything while still feeling removed from it all at the same time. 10/10 stay, looking forward to returning!
