WATERFRONT SUITES
Our Standard Suites are situated directly on the shore of the Great South Bay offering the best unobstructed views on Fire Island. Accommodating up to four guests, each suite has a king or queen bed, a pull out sofa (queen size bed), a full bathroom, kitchenette, large kitchen table and a private deck overlooking the bay. SUNSET SUITE
Our Sunset Suite is the finest accommodations that Fire Island has to offer. Situated on the wester corner of the Boatel, as a corner suite it features a private 400 square feet wrap around deck with the best views of the Fire Island Light House. This most requested suite accommodates up to four guests, with a king bed, a pull out sofa (queen size bed), a full bathroom, kitchenette and large kitchen table with additional side windows looking out to the bay. GARDEN SUITE COTTAGE
Our One-bedroom Cottage is more spacious than our Standard and Sunset Suites. Located in our grassy yard the cottage offers more privacy within the suite with a separate living room kitchen area and bedroom. The Cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests, with a queen bed, a pull out sofa (queen size bed), a full bathroom, kitchenette and kitchen table along with a private deck. Bay Breeze House
The House
Built in 2023, the Bay Breeze House at the Fire Island Boatel was built to capture the beauty of the Great South Bay. The house enthralls Fire Island living at every angle starting with the views of the iconic South Shore Arches, the Robert Moses Bridge.
Inside the house you can fit all your family and friends with two (2) kitchens, eight (8) bedrooms and four (4) bathrooms, everyone sleeps comfortably with 3 King beds, 3 Queen beds and 4 Twin XL sleeping 16 guests. It's custom expansive layout and professionally decorated interior exudes attention to detail marrying together modern sophistication while captivating Fire Island's beachside charm. The smart, sophisticated interior by Brittany Mooney Design gives the home a luxurious beach ambience. Fire Island Notes
Fire Island is only assessable by ferry, boat, bike and foot. Only permitted vehicles are allowed on Island.
If you are taking a ferry please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find parking.
Overnight parking is NOT allowed at Robert Moses Field 5.The Fire Island Boatel does not offer docking.
